✦ FAQ ✦

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

What is Momento?

Momento is an animated birthday card. When it opens, confetti and balloons fill the screen while the Happy Birthday melody plays, with your name on the card and a message signed by the person who sent it. You can react with an emoji, write back, and download or share the card.

How do I open my card?

Open the Momento email you received and tap its button. It brings you to this page with your card ready: start your free trial and it opens straight away, with nothing to install. Already a member? Log in with the email you used at checkout and we'll send you a one-tap sign-in link.

What does it cost?

Nothing today. Opening your card starts a free trial of a Momento membership, and after the trial it continues at $4.99 a month until you cancel. Checkout is handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your card details.

How do I cancel?

Use the Manage Billing link in the footer of any Momento page. It opens Stripe's secure billing portal, where you can cancel, update your card or see your invoices. Cancel before your trial ends and you won't be charged. You can also email support@momentocards.org.

How do I know a Momento email is genuine?

A real Momento card opens on momentocards.org, and payment is only ever taken on Stripe's secure checkout page. We never ask for a password: members sign in with a one-tap link sent to their email. If anything looks wrong, don't enter any details and write to support@momentocards.org.
